Electrical, Plumbing or Heating

DOMESTIC

All booked appointments will be charged £80 for the initial 30 minutes and £40 every 30 minutes thereafter, for each tradesperson needed, any material prices will be added onto the price at the end of the job. Any jobs that take over 4 hours a full day rate of £350 will be charged.

COMMERCIAL

All booked appointments will be charged £115 for the initial 30 minutes and £57.50 every 30 minutes thereafter, for each tradesperson needed, any material prices will be added onto the price at the end of the job. Any jobs that take over 4 hours a full day rate of £450 will be charged.

INSTALLS

Pricing for all installs is subject to quotation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COST OF MATERIAL MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE START OF INSTALL/JOB. CUSTOMER HAS 7 DAYS TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE AFTER THE JOB IS COMPLETED, IF THE BILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID WITHIN THE 7 DAYS. A LATE FEE OF £50 PER DAY WILL ISSUED UNTIL THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
